Anyone who has had some experience with YBR®, wishes to go deeper into their own self-evaluation and possibly become a certified practitioner is welcome to enroll in Phase 1.
Experiential anatomy is the core of the YBR®curricula. This provides students with the foundation needed to understand body mechanics and dynamics and develop confident therapeutic skills.
We start you off feeling your own muscles from origin to insertion. Knowing how to find and sense your own muscles is crucial to problem solving and helping others to heal themselves.
Teaching skills are gradually integrated with ongoing study and practice of YBR® routines so that students get YBR® into their own bodies and can then empower their students and clients to begin to heal their own bodies.Phase 1 – three days

– Anterior Calf
– Abdominal Muscles
– Chest and NeckThe instructor first demonstrates, then supervises and offers corrections. Students can follow along with the Manual. Questions are encouraged and answered at all times during the course.Course Objectives: Upon completion of Phase 1 students will have:
